Ourside WA is proud to announce the launch of our independent homeless outreach program an initiative born from a simple belief: everyone deserves support, dignity and a place to belong.
Built and run entirely by our own team, the program takes support out of the office and onto the street. Our outreach workers meet people exactly where they are, offering warm meals, essential supplies, a friendly face and a genuine conversation no judgement, no barriers.
Beyond the practical help, the heart of the program is connection. For many of the people we meet, simply being seen and listened to makes all the difference. Where someone is ready, our team helps bridge the way to longer-term services, housing support and the help they're entitled to.
Our participants have been at the centre of it all. Lending a hand, sharing a meal and being part of something bigger than themselves has been a powerful experience building confidence, friendships and a real sense of purpose along the way.
This is just the beginning. As the program grows, we look forward to reaching more people, partnering with more local organisations, and standing alongside our community every step of the way.
